Rights of entities

Natural persons have the following rights in relation to their personal data and to the controllers of such data:





Be informed

You have the right to be informed about what data the controller or processor processes about you, for what purpose it does so, how long it retains the data, whether it passes it on to other entities or intends to do so.


To access

Access to your data, obtain a copy, processing information .


For repair

The right to correct erroneous or incomplete data.


To delete

If the purpose of the processing has passed, you have revoked your consent or the processing is illegal, you can request the deletion of your personal data.


To limit processing

You can request a restriction on the processing of your personal data for the duration of the objection, you must be informed of the cancellation of the restriction, including the reason for it.


To notify changes or deletions or processing restrictions

Notification of changes to your personal data, their deletion, processing restrictions or its termination, the recipients of your personal data.


For portability

The right to obtain data for some services in a structured common or standardized format.


On objection

If you have a legitimate interest due to your individual situation or against profiling or direct marketing, you can object to the processing. The administrator must demonstrate a valid reason for these activities


Not to be the subject of automated decision -making, including profiling

The right not to be decided exclusively by a vending machine. You can request a person’s decision.


File a complaint           

File a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – Office for Personal Data Protection. https://www.uoou.cz/ 


For effective judicial protection

You can go to court in a dispute with the administrator..


Be represented by a non-profit entity            

You can authorize a non-profit entity to represent you in a dispute with the administrator and he is obliged to deal with him.


For damages

The controller is obliged to compensate the data subject for the damage incurred.
